  • Deliver CUAS 101 instruction covering the UAS threat landscape, basic principles of UAS system operation (UAS Kill Chain, Passive RF Detection, RADAR, Camera, System of Systems, and Active Signal Mitigation), and Operations Center conduct.
  • Conduct hands-on, system-specific training on fielded C-UAS platforms including but not limited to: radar, EO/IR, acoustic, and other sensors, as well as EW systems and effectors.
  • Establish and enforce measurable proficiency standards ensuring personnel can demonstrate competency in system setup, operation, maintenance checks, log downloads, deficiency reporting, and C-UAS event reporting prior to deployment.
  • Provide onsite training to end users on all integrated C-UAS systems at domestic and overseas locations, including “left seat, right seat” training in Operations Centers.
  • Provide tailored training to DSS Special Agents, Regional Security Officers, Mobile Security Deployment teams, USMC Guard forces, and other partner entities on C-UAS mission fundamentals, fixed site capabilities, and tactical capabilities for static or mobile security operations.
  • Coordinate with vendor training teams to optimize delivery and supplement vendor-provided instruction with operationally relevant, program-specific content.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting, guidance, and training support to deployed personnel as needed.
  • Support special events including recruiting events, trade shows, and demonstrations by ensuring personnel are trained and current on equipment setup, function, and technology explanation.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation, lesson plans, practical exercises, evaluation criteria, and certification records.
  • Adhere to program standards, standard operating procedures, and commissioning procedures.
  • Complete required project documentation and ensure training records and as-builts are accurate.
